Job Overview：
We're seeking an experienced Hardware Engineering Manager to lead our hardware development team and drive innovation in broadband CPE products. You'll be the technical leader responsible for end-to-end product development while managing cross-functional teams and ODM partnerships.
【Technical Leadership】
• Drive system architecture design and strategic chipset selection for DOCSIS, WiFi, and PON product lines.
• Partner with Product Line Management on technical feasibility and cost optimization for new product initiatives.
• Define comprehensive product specifications and design guidelines for ODM compliance.
• Provide expert guidance on product ecosystem integration and competitive positioning.
【Team & Project Management】
• Lead and develop Hardware R&D and Hardware Quality Assurance teams.
• Orchestrate resource allocation and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage ODM supplier relationships, ensuring quality standards and schedule adherence.
• Facilitate smooth project progression through effective communication and stakeholder management.
【Product Development】
• Oversee complete product lifecycle from concept through mass production.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements across US, EU, and Asian markets.
• Drive cost assessment and optimization strategies for new product introductions.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting aggressive time-to-market objectives.

Required Qualifications：
【Technical Expertise】
• 7+ years hands-on hardware design experience in network communication products.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Allegro, Power PCB, OrCAD) and test equipment.
• Deep understanding of DOCSIS, WiFi, and PON technologies. • Comprehensive knowledge of product certification processes and regulatory requirements.
【Leadership Experience】
• 5+ years of team leadership experience with proven track record of developing talent.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience in ODM partnership management and supplier relationship optimization.
【Essential Skills】
• Strong system-level thinking with ability to balance technical requirements and business constraints.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor management. • Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Experience with cost engineering and design-for-manufacturability principles.
