This position is for a Senior Operations Specialist located in Japan, responsible for supporting operational execution and client coordination in the Japan market. The role requires strong language skills and hands-on experience in logistics, SAP, and demand fulfillment to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations with Japanese clients.
主要職責：
• Act as the primary operations contact for Japanese clients.
• Manage order processing, demand fulfillment, and shipment coordination.
• Operate and maintain SAP/ Dynamics 365 BC transactions related to logistics and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Support import/export documentation and compliance processes.
• Provide real-time communication and cultural alignment with local clients.
• General affairs management & office facility management.
工作經驗：6年以上
學歷要求：大學以上
語文條件：日文(聽：精通、說：精通、讀：精通、寫：精通)、英文(聽：中等、說：中等、讀：中等、寫：中等)
其他條件：
1. Proficiency in Japanese is required.
2. Fluency in either English or Mandarin is also required for internal communication.
3. 6–7 years in operations, supply chain, or logistics roles.
4. Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese business environment.
5. Proficient in SAP/ Dynamics 365 BC transactions (especially in logistics, order management, and inventory modules).
6. Familiar with demand fulfillment, production/material control, and import/export processes.
7. Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
