Global broadband company Ubee Interactive has selected Teleplan as its European after-market service partner. Teleplan’s customised solutions will enable Ubee to significantly enhance customer service by shortening turnaround times nearly 50%.  Having previously handled after-market services in-house in Asia, Ubee will benefit from lower inventory requirements, and lower CO2 emissions by eliminating sea and airfreight.
